Located in Riga, Latvia, Baltic Transocean Shipping & Crewing (BTSC) is member of the EMS Group and recruits seafarers from Eastern Europe mainly for German ship owners and ship managers. At BTSC, we see ourselves as service providers for both: the seafarers and the ship owners. We have dedicated ourselves to fair, transparent and professional procedures ever since our beginnings in 2012. We aim for long-term collaborations – based on mutual trust between all parties involved.
